The mission of CAFB is to strengthen the child's voice, Heal the hurt, and Break the cycle of abuse and neglect for children in Fort Bend and surrounding counties.

Fort Bend County Juvenile Detention

Our mission is to rehabilitate delinquent children. The Fort Bend County Juvenile Probation Department has adopted the attitude of "whatever it takes". We, as an agency, are serious about turning young lives around and strive to do so in every department division and at every position level. Professionalism, creative program development and implementation, juvenile and family accountability, all come together in a synergistic manner to give our clients the best possible opportunity to make a lasting positive change in their lives.

Fort Bend County Behavioral Health

Fort Bend County Behavioral Health Services works to increase awareness, services and supports to address the complex needs of persons with behavioral health disorders involved in the legal system or at risk of involvement.

 
 

Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office

The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office was founded in 1837 and is the largest law enforcement agency in Fort Bend County—the most diverse county in Texas. The FBCSO has over 800 employees, including 565 sworn peace officers and 25 reserve deputies dedicated to protecting and serving nearly 900,000 Fort Bend County residents. Among the 10 fastest-growing counties in the nation, Fort Bend covers 885 square miles and includes 21 unincorporated communities. Fort Bend County also includes 16 incorporated municipalities, including Sugar Land, Katy, Missouri City, Richmond, Rosenberg, and Stafford.
